Refund Policy

At DeBlockX, we value our clients and aim to deliver high-quality digital solutions that meet or exceed expectations. Since our services involve time, planning, and dedicated resources, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our team.

1. Project-Based Services

All services provided by DeBlockX including website development, app development, e-commerce, branding, digital marketing, and animation are project-based. Once a project has been initiated and work has started, refunds are generally not available due to the resources and time already invested. However, partial refunds may be considered under specific conditions (see below).

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you decide to cancel your project before development or design work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

  • A 10–20% administrative fee may be deducted to cover consultation, proposal preparation, and resource allocation.
  • Once a project is approved and initial design or strategy work has begun, no full refund will be provided.

3. Cancellations After Work Has Started

Once development, design, or marketing activities have started:

  • Refunds are not applicable for the work already completed.
  • If you cancel midway through a project, you will be charged for the portion of the project completed up to that point.
  • Any remaining balance may be credited toward a future project at the company’s discretion.

4. Monthly & Marketing Services

For monthly services such as SEO, social media marketing, or ad campaign management:

  • Refunds are not available once the campaign or month’s work has commenced.
  • You may cancel upcoming billing cycles by providing a written notice at least 7 days before the next renewal date.

5. No Refunds for:

  • Change of mind after project approval
  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., late content, feedback, or approvals)
  • Third-party issues (e.g., hosting, domain, payment gateways, API changes)
  • Completed work or final deliverables
  • Promotional or discounted packages

6. Delivery & Satisfaction Guarantee

DeBlockX ensures that all projects go through quality assurance and client approval stages. If you are not satisfied with the final result, we will make reasonable revisions as per your project scope to address your concerns.

7. Refund Processing

All approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 business days of confirmation, via the same payment method used for the transaction.

8. Policy Updates

DeBlockX reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
